BeTools Flash Tool is a windows application created to install or flash Stock Rom on Spreadtrum and Mediatek Smartphones.

Flash Firmware:

It allows you to install or flash Stock ROM on the Spreadtrum and Mediatek Devices. You will need the correct stock firmware of your smartphone.

Installer:

The application tool comes in the installer; this means installing it on the computer before using it. After downloading the tool, extract it and double click on the BeTools .exe file to Launch the Setup and then follow the screen’s instructions to complete the installation process.

Supports Unisoc/SPD and Mediatek Devices:

This tool supports the devices that are powered by Unisoc/Spreadtrum and Mediaket Chipset. Once your Betool is fully installed, it automatically installs smartphones supported USB Driver your computer.

Supports Multiple Formats:

It supports flashing or installing of .xml or .txt, .sca, Mediatek, or Unisoc/SPD Chipset based firmware devices powered. You can find the XML, .txt, or .sca file in the Firmware of your Unisoc/SPD or Mediatek device released by the device manufacturer.

How to use BeTools Flash Tool

These are the detailed guide to install or flash the XML, .txt, or sca, Stock firmware based on UniSoc/SPD or MediaTek devices using the BeTools Flash Tool.

Caution: installing Flashing the Firmware using the BeTools will wipe your smartphone data. Therefore, we do recommend you make a backup of your important files data before using the tool.

Install .XML .TXT, or .SCA, Firmware Via BeTools Flash Tool

Download the Stock Firmware ( .XML .txt, or .sca, based) of your UniSoc/SPD or Mediatek Device (if you already have the Stock Firmware downloaded, then SKIP the above Step or else can find the scatter based Stock Rom on Techswizz.com or through Google).
Now, the downloaded Extract BeTools Tool on the computer. Once you are done with that, the following files will be visible to you.

Double Click on the Open BeTools.exe file to Launch the tool Setup:
Follow the screen instruction to complete the setup installation process.

Once the BeTool installation process is completed, open it from your Start Menu or desktop.
Once the BeTools is launched, Under the Off-line login > Click the Open RegCode File button and locate the key that is present in the extracted Betool folder.

Once you have located the Xxxxxxxx_D2104.Key, click on it, then follow by the OK button on the Tool to open it.

Doing the above will enable you to successfully logged into the Betool, giving you the full Flashing Tool interface, as seen below.

Click on the Scatter load file Browse Button.

Locate your device .XML .txt or .sca, stock firmware folder where you have it extracted after download, and click on the Open button.
Now you are to click on the Download Button to start the flashing process.
Power Off your smartphone and connect it to your computer via USB cable (To get your device detected by the Tool, you may have to press the Volume Up or Down key):
The installing or flashing process will begin immediately after the tool detects your device.
You will get Download Finished Dialog Box once the flashing or installation process is completed.
Close it by clicking the OK button.
Now you can disconnect your smartphone from your Computer and Restart it.

Congratulations! Now you can use your device.
