How to Update Sprint Galaxy Note 4 to Marshmallow 6.0.1 Via TWRP Recovery


As we all know Samsung  has been busy updating some of it high device with Marshmallow 6.0.1, it has already updated Note 5
to 6.0. Next in line are probably Note 4 and Galaxy S5, but it would
take some time for the carrier devices to get the update.

Sprint Galaxy Note 4 to Marshmallow 6.0.1

Hence the proper official Android 6.0 update for Sprint Note 4 is at
least a month away. But you get to play with the Marshmallow update
already thanks to this leaked ROM. Have fun!

This is not a Sprint Note 4 official Marshmallow firmware, but it’s pretty close
as far as Marshmallow update goes for the device. The ROM provided below
is based on Samsung’s own Android 6.0 code, and thus comes with

•Samsung KIES will NOT detect your phone after installing this ROM because it is a custom firmware.

How to Flash the Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Marshmallow 6.0.1 Rom

 Download links:

PB5 bootloader(engineering) |
AlPB5 baseband |
6.0 ROM (leaked) firmware.

1- After downloading the Marshmallow files from above and transfer the ROM file to the device ( Root of your Sd card). if you downloaded the files with your computer

2-Put off your device and boot to recovery mode to flash the Rom

3. Perform all the necessary wipe needed then navigate back to the recovery main menu and install the Rom.

4. After flashing the Rom don’t reboot normally. Instead, choose bootloader option in Reboot menu
to boot the device into Download Mode.

5- Now, using Odin, flash the PB5 bootloader on your device, with auto
reboot NOT ticked. This is to prevent device to boot normally.

6- Reboot into download mode again manually (press and hold Volume Down +
Home + Power together until your device reboots into download mode).

7- Now, install the PB5 baseband, with ‘auto reboot’ ticked this time
the device will reboot automatically after flashing the baseband.

Upon reboot, your Sprint Note 4 would be running Marshmallow like boss that you are
