Realme has revealed its next asset in the mobile phone market. Realme X2 Pro was shown by the company on Weibo (Chinese social network) as a powerful Snapdragon 855 Plus and a screen with refresh rate of 90 Hz.
The boss Dereck Wang published a few weeks ago on Weibo about Realme’s future mobile phone, which would have a screen of 90 Hz and would be cheaper than OnePlus 7T, which has an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
Realme therefore hopes to directly rival not only Xiaomi (and Pocophone F2) but also OnePlus. The 3 companies have been competing hard in the Asian market, specifically in India, where Realme has its headquarters.
What else to expect from Realme X2 Pro?
Besides Snapdragon 855 Plus, Realme X2 Pro will have a 6.4 inch screen with Full HD resolution and the above mentioned ones 90 Hz. The screen has a droplet notch. It remains to be seen whether the display technology will be AMOLED or a simple IPS LCD.
For cameras, the Realme X2 Pro is expected to meet current trends and include a triple rear camera. One of the main sensors will be 64 MP with the front camera being 32 MP, remaining the same as the previous model without major changes.
For the operating system, Realme will put ColorOS 6 (based on Android Pie) as usual on its devices. However, it is not yet known what specific news will bring the customization of Realme as the currently popular Dark Mode.
